Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will respond within 7 business days.
If the product has a quality issue, we offer a free 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues within the first 14 days.
Products have a 6-month warranty. If a product has a quality issue within 6 months, you will need to return the product and bear the return shipping costs. Onlyfox will provide a free replacement product.
Items returned without prior request for return will not be accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods were shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return them within 14 days without any reason. As stated above, your goods must be in their original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund. If you have not received your refund more than 15 business days after your return request has been approved, please contact us.
